Introduction
Evolution Homecare have been working in the Homecare market since 2004 and deliver prescription medication and associated services to people nationwide, on behalf of the NHS and pharmaceutical industry. As an organisation we strive to delivery the best customer service and high quality of care. Evolution Homecare will deliver your medication to a preferred location on a prearranged scheduled date. Your named coordinator will call to confirm your delivery date and check stock levels with you.
At Evolution Homecare, we have a dedicated Patient Services Team who area available to answer any
queries you may have regarding your home delivery service.
Homecare delivery is a flexible service that is designed to improve your quality of life by delivering your
medication to your home or convenient alternative.
If you have any queries or comments on your service that are not covered in the FAQs, please contact a
member of the Patient Services Team on 01234 223708.
All your personal details, including medication and prescriptions will be held securely on our database in
line with our data privacy policy.
These details will include:
- Your full name and address
- Your contact details
- medication prescriptions
- Delivery instructions
Your Home Delivery Service
Step 1:
You will receive an introductory telephone call from one of our dedicated Patient Services Team advisors to make the necessary arrangements for your first delivery. Please use this as an opportunity to advice us of any special needs or delivery requirements you might have. You can also nominate other people we are able to speak to on your behalf to arrange your deliveries. We can deliver to anywhere in the UK, for example:
- Your home
- Your work
- Relatives/Friends
- Your local Lloydspharmacy
Step 2:
All dispensed medication will be delivered to your requested delivery point by one of our dedicated trained drivers on your scheduled delivery day.
Further Information
Deliveries
Your therapy will be delivered to you on a regular basis. One week prior to your next delivery, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date, check stock levels and any specific delivery requirements.
Maintaining up to date contact details is important in order for us to:
- Contact you to arrange deliveries
- Ensure a continuous supply of medication
Please note, if we are unable to contact you, deliveries will have to be delayed.
